1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are allowed only if work has not yet begun. This includes:

• Reviewing your video files
• Selecting clips
• Beginning any edits

To request a refund, contact us at hello@setlife.ai within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued if:

• Work has started (including review or timeline setup)
• You are unhappy with stylistic or creative choices after receiving the final product
• You delay the process by not providing necessary assets or instructions

3. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us first — we will do our best to resolve the issue. Chargebacks initiated without communication may result in service restrictions.
