Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We understand creative work is a collaborative process, but due to the nature of our services, refunds are only granted if production has not yet begun. This includes:

  • Reviewing submitted assets or reference materials
  • Beginning script writing, ideation, or concept development
  • Initiating any edit, cut, or visual work

To request a refund, please email hello@setlife.ai within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Work has already started, including ideation, file review, or visual setup
  • You’re dissatisfied with subjective creative or stylistic choices after delivery (we do offer revisions where applicable)
  • Project delays are due to lack of communication, missing files, or incomplete direction from your end
  • You approved a version of the work or missed the revision window outlined in your plan

3. Project-Based Services (Commercial Campaigns)

Due to the customized nature and higher production cost of commercial services under the “One Big Moment” offering, 50% deposits are non-refundable once pre-production begins. Any cancellation or refund request after this point will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Revisions and Adjustments

If you’re unhappy with the final result, we encourage you to reach out directly. Most issues can be resolved through feedback and collaborative edits.

5. Dispute Policy

If you experience an issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.

Chargebacks initiated without any attempt at resolution may result in account restrictions or denial of future services.
