We provide media production and post-production services, including editing short-form and long-form video content.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information and materials.
• Ensure all content you submit is owned by you or legally cleared for use.
• Refrain from uploading unlawful, hateful, or infringing material.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you provide. By submitting materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

5. Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe. Payment must be completed before services begin. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect active orders.

6. Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is typically within 3 business days for the $99 test clip or as communicated in your selected plan.

7. Refunds

Refunds are available only if work has not yet begun. Work may include file intake, review, or editing. See our Refund Policy for full terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Setlife.ai is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of content or data not directly caused by our negligence

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if these Terms are violated.

We may integrate with third-party platforms such as Vimeo or Stripe. We are not responsible for their terms or privacy policies.
