1. Introduction

Welcome to Setlife.ai, a creative studio operated under Lombardi Digital LLC, a Florida-registered company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By engaging with Setlife.ai, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Setlife.ai provides creative and production services through two distinct offerings:

• Shortform Studio: End-to-end shortform content creation, including ideation, scripting, editing, design, and delivery for creators, brands, and businesses.
• Commercial Studio: Full-scale production of high-impact cinematic campaigns, including creative development, on-set execution, and post-production.

We tailor each project to your unique needs and creative goals.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide timely, accurate information and materials.
• Own or have rights to all content you submit.
• Respect applicable laws and refrain from submitting offensive or infringing material.
• Respond to project questions and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.

4. Content Ownership & Usage

You retain full ownership of all submitted and final approved content.

By submitting materials, you grant Setlife.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, and transform the materials solely for the purpose of completing your project.

We reserve the right to feature edited versions or excerpts for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Payments & Pricing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe or approved invoicing.
• Payment must be received before work begins, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
• Prices may vary depending on the project scope and timeline.
• We reserve the right to update pricing, but active quotes or orders will not be affected without your consent.

6. Turnaround Times

• Shortform Projects: Standard turnaround is 3 business days for the initial clip after asset delivery and form submission.
• Commercial Projects: Timelines vary based on scope and will be defined in your custom agreement or production contract.
• Delays due to client inaction may extend turnaround time.

7. Revisions & Feedback

• Revisions are included as specified in your plan or custom agreement.
• Feedback must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to remain eligible for revisions.
• Major creative changes beyond original scope may require additional fees.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if no meaningful work has begun. “Work” includes asset intake, research, creative planning, editing, or production prep.

9. Limitation of Liability

Setlife.ai and Lombardi Digital LLC are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Client-provided content that is lost or corrupted outside our direct control.
• Missed timelines caused by client delays or incomplete submissions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to pause, postpone, or terminate service if these Terms are violated or if communication breaks down. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

11. Third-Party Tools

We may use or integrate with services like Google Drive, Vimeo, Stripe, or editing platforms. We are not responsible for their behavior, privacy practices, or outages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
